Facilities at Boxworth Village Hall
The hall measures 12.3m by 4.9m (40' x 16') and has an approximate capacity of 66 people for dancing and 110 for a seated audience. Hall hire includes use of our tables and chairs as part of the cost.

- Accessibility: There is step free access to the hall, and we have disabled toilet facilities.
- We have limited parking in front of the hall and more on the road by the side of the hall. Please keep access to the gates to the left of the hall free from parked cars as the owner does sometimes need to get access through these gates.
- High speed broadband is available at no extra charge - login details are posted next to the router in the hall
- There is a small kitchen with cutlery and crockery which can be hired for a small additional fee.
- The main hall has a pull down screen, and a digital projector is available at no extra cost

Bookings and pricing
We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Boxworth residents can book the hall on the following Terms:
- Hall hire, to include tables and chairs, £20 per morning, afternoon or evening. £30 all day.
- Use of kitchen, £10, to include cutlery and crockery, irrespective of length of hall hire.
- Use of tables and chairs away from hall, £10.
- Use of cutlery and crockery away from hall, £10.
- Use of tables and chairs and cutlery & crockery away from hall £15.
Charges for non Boxworth Residents are as follows:
- Hall hire, to include tables and chairs, £30 per morning, afternoon or evening. £45 all day.
- Use of kitchen, £15, to include cutlery and crockery, irrespective of length of hall hire.
- Use of tables and chairs away from hall, £15
- Use of cutlery and crockery away from hall, £15.
- Use of tables and chairs and cutlery & crockery away from hall £22.50.
A refundable security deposit equal to the cost of hire will be charged at the time of booking, and will be returned after the hire, with deductions made if the hall is not returned in a clean and tidy state, or for any damage to the hall or contents.
