Sound Therapy

Donna, a village resident runs monthly Sound Therapy sessions in the Village Hall.

Sound therapy is a natural, musical way to evoke deeply soothing relaxation, it is wonderful for your health and well-being.

Sessions are free, but small donations to cover costs are appreciated.
